The Ministry of Interior of Government of Pakistan has announced that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) will now be referred to as ‘Fitna-ul-Khawarij’ due to its terrorist activities.
A notification has been issued stating that titles such as ‘Mufti’ and ‘Hafiz’ will no longer be used for individuals associated with terrorist organizations; instead, the term ‘Khajri’ will be appended to their names in all official documents and correspondence.
Pakistani Ministry explained that this decision stems from the TTP’s actions, which are contrary to the true teachings of Islam.
